If you would like to request a closure of a deceased person's account on ASKfm, please contact ASKfm Support Team. Please note that the closure of accounts can be requested by family members only. The following information is necessary to close the account:
- Full name of the deceased person
- User name and a link to the profile on ASKfm
- The email that may have been used to create the account
- Verification that you are an immediate family member of the deceased person
- Death certificate of the deceased person
