We have a few options here, depending on what’s going on.
- If you have access to your account, just go to your Account Settings and click on "Change Password".
- If you can't get in, then click on the "Forgot Password" link onto the sign-in page. You will receive a new password to your registered email address.
What if you no longer have access to the email you provided at registration?
- Just send in a message to our Support Team, and they'll help you gain access after verifying some account info.
