Due to block of VKontakte in Ukraine http://www.president.gov.ua/documents/1332017-21850
our ASKfm users may experience troubles with authorization through VKontakte button.
In order to get access to your account, please go to your Account settings from wi-fi connection to create a new access to your ASKfm account:
1. Make sure your e-mail address indicated in settings is valid. If you do not use it or it is created using mail.ru (which is also planned to be blocked), change your current e-mail address to the one you are using and will use in future. By doing that you will be asked to enter your profile password.
2. If you use Facebook or Twitter, you can connect to your ASKfm account via these networks. In future you will be able to login to your account with these social networks!
If you have lost your password, create a new one – logout of your account, open this link https://ask.fm/login
and click on “Forgot password”. We will send you a new password to your e-mail address.
If you still do not manage to change your password or need help, write to our Support team firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will help you to create a new password!
Even if you still have access to VK at the moment, we suggest you to set up a password to make sure you will be able to login to your account also in future.
